Full-Time Baristas

• Do you love coffee and enjoy helping people? Join our team at Entwined Grounds Coffee, a cozy, community-focused coffee shop in Grandview, Texas. We're looking for a full-time Barista to help us serve delicious drinks and create a welcoming environment for our customers.

  Position: Full-Time Coffee Barista

  Location: Grandview, Texas

  Hours: 40 hours per week (must be available to work Saturdays)

  Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + paid time off

  What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coffee Bar & Kitchen Responsibilities: Preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, other beverages, and our signature dishes with accuracy and care.

  • Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and kitchen.

  • Assisting with inventory and stocking supplies.

  • Handling the register, drive-thru, and processing transactions.

  • Ensuring a positive experience for all customers, whether regulars or first-time visitors.

  What We're Looking For:

  • Previous barista experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.

  • A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee-making techniques.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.

  • Must be able to work on Saturdays.

  • Strong communication skills and a love for engaging with customers.

  • Attention to detail and an appreciation for quality.
